Dr. Fletcher believes in establishing long-term relationships with his patients and will use evidence based treatment plans specifically tailored to the patient. He also may use a multi-modal approach to treatment and make referrals as necessary to local, reputable therapists. Sometimes patients require hospitalization for mental illness and behavioral difficulties and Dr. Fletcher and can assist in that process when needed.
Dr. Fletcher does not accept insurance assignment. This means that your treatment by Dr. Fletcher is not part of your permanent medical record with your insurance company, unless you choose to notify them. Additionally, Dr. Fletcher is not restricted to a set allowable length of visits or number of visits that may be indicated by your insurance provider. Payment is made directly to Dr. Gene Fletcher at the time of service. Dr. Fletcher will generate and provide, at your request, a detailed billing statement, with which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Dr. Gene Fletcher is Board Eligible in both Adult Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. When seeing Dr. Fletcher, you will be met with a kind, gentle demeanor and a Doctor filled with empathy and compassion toward you, your child and your family’s needs. He will offer a tranquil, comfortable and confidential atmosphere while evaluating and managing mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Dr. Fletcher will further evaluate how the patient is being affected by their challenges, as well as how they are affecting others external and within the family system.
